We know very little about the constitution of the Salvation Army. We know that the international headquarters of the Salvation Army is in London and is established by Act of Parliament. The Salvation Army in Hong Kong is registered as a corporation sole. The Officer Commanding the Army's operations in Hong Kong holds a power of attorney issued by the General of the Salvation Army. I need to know more about the connection which the Hong Kong Salvation Army has with the Salvation Army in London; what links does it have? It would also be helpful to see the power of attorney if that is possible and the Act of Parliament (which I have been unable to trace).
