I am sorry that my absence on ieave has delayed until now a reply to your fax of 19 July? I have done the usual checks with Companies House and have the following relatively minor comments to make:
LIST B
As a subsidiary of Inchcape Insurance Brokers which is itself on list B, Bain Clarkson should presumably be included on List C.
As a subsidiary of Kennedy & Donkin International Ltd which is itself on list B, GCP Engineering should presumably be included on List C.
As regards Next (Hong Kong) Ltd, Next Return plc is not registered at Companies House. Similar companies that are registered are Next plc and Nextreturn Ltd.
LIST C
A G Stone & Partners is not registered at Companies House though I see from Kelly's it is a firm of consulting civil engineers. That being said, on the basis of majority shareholding owned by BCs, A G Stone Intl would still seem to qualify for List C.
Subject to clearance of the above, we are content that the names can be put forward. FCO will be sending comments direct.
