BRITISH NATIONALITY (HONG KONG) ACT: BRITISH UNDERTAKINGS
LIST
A 1. I submit for Ministers' approval a further list of 60
British Undertakings approved by the Advisory Group in
Hong Kong.
B 2.
Apart from four minor comments which have now been
resolved, the DTI are content and have approved all 60 names
on the list. DTI have as usual checked with Companies House in respect of those which have claimed a connection to a British registered company.
3.
We also are satisfied that all the names on the list
qualify under established guidelines and I recommend that
the names should go forward to the Governor in Hong Kong in the usual way.
