WHEREAS by The Salvation Army Ordinance 1951 it was enacted that the General for the time being of The Salvation Army should be deemed a corporation sole and should be known and described as "The General of The Salvation Army" and should have power to appoint an Attorney for such time and purposes and with such powers. as might be stated in the Power of Attorney

AND WHEREAS I the said Eva Evelyn Burrows am the present

General of The Salvation Army

NOW I HEREBY APPOINT WILLIAM BANKS an Officer of The Salvation Army to be my attorney for all the purposes of The Salvation Army Ordinance 1951 and to exercise all the powers which thereby or otherwise are vested in me in relation to the said corporation sole as fully and effectually in all respects as I myself could

do

AND I HEREBY UNDERTAKE to ratify and confirm whatsoever the said WILLIAM BANKS shall do or purport to do under or by virtue of this Power of Attorney
