6 The Minister's point (iii) was
relation to the original criteria. These still stand. Minor amendments have been made to (e) and (f)(iv) to reflect the level of British ownership rather than the percentage of British members or partners. This brings them more into line with the qualifications required in (c) and (d) of the criteria.
7 The Advisory Committee is now in the final stages of its consideration of proposed British undertakings and we shall shortly be able to submit a consolidated list for Minister's approval (coincidental with a similar submission to FCO Ministers) before it is presented to the Governor.
