What happens when a place of business closes?
B-13 A company must give notice to the appropriate Registrar when it ceases to have any place of business in England and Wales or, as the case maybe, in Scotland. The obligations of the company to deliver documents to the Registrar will cease only from the date this closure is notified to that Registrar.
