My faxes of 21 and 31 December and 9 January plus the six companies mentioned in paragraph 3 of this fax now constitute the sum total of companies that have been approved by the Advisory Committee so far. You may have noticed one or two omissions from earlier faxes, for example, we sent Gilman Office Machines for your endorsement in our fax of 26 November. Subsequently, it was noticed it did not appear on the Inchcape list of subsidiaries and a check with Inchcape confirmed it is a division of one of the companies they had listed.
We will now wait for your endorsement of all the companies mentioned in the previous paragraph so that they can be forwarded to Government House.
