PURPOSE
Work Programme and Formation of Task Groups
This paper informs members of the tentative work programme for the coming months and of the formation of task groups to assist the Steering Committee,
PROGRAMME OF WORK

It is envisaged that the Steering Committee will need to meet regularly once every month. For the January meeting, a paper on the Use of Special Circumstances Points for Applicants in the Disciplined Services Class will be submitted to the Committee. A list of applicants in the Sensitive Service Class for interview will also be submitted to the Steering Committee for endorsement. A list of applicants in the Entrepreneurs Class shortlisted for interview will also be submitted, if ready by that time. All lists of applicants submitted to the Steering Committee will be anonymised, except those in the Entrepreneurs Class.

From 31 December 1990 onwards, a weekly update on applications received will be delivered to members every Monday. It will be a one-sheet report similar to the one to be tabled for members' information at the meeting on 21 December.
