(maximum 50 points)
A pass in the English Language (Syllabus A) of the HKCEE or its equivalents will be awarded 50 points. Those without the specified standard of proficiency will be required to take an English test administered by the HK Examinations Authority. Applicants who pass the test at Level A will socre 50 points while those who pass the test at Level B will be awarded 25 points.

United Kingdom Government or designated services under Section 2(3) of British Nationality Act 1981 if engaged in such service

level;
owns
investment or property in UK worth in excess of £100,000 on 26.7.1990.
