International publicity, including interviews on BBC's World Service and Visnews TV by the Director of Administration, on Hong Kong's response to the Scheme to counter any adverse publicity overseas.
Publicity on extending the operation hours of the Immigration Department hotline during 21 27 February adding five telephone lines to answer public enquiries, and extending the form receiving hours during 26-28 February.
