(1) An application to the Governor for a section 1
recommendation shall be made by completing Form BN (HK)1 and sending
the completed form together with such documents or copies of
documents as are specified in the form by registered post or by
personal delivery to the Director of Immigration, 7 Gloucester Road,
Tower II, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
(2) 'Every application to the Governor for a section 1
recommendation shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee
prescribed in Schedule 2 to these regulations.
4. Time-limit for applying for a section 1
recommendation
