I have in fact included this as an item for discussion for your forthcoming visit. Since you have raised this, I might as well give you more information now.
I have earlier told you that your team would be supported by 1 Senior Confidential Assistant, 1 Confidential Assistant and 2 Stenographers.
Due
to
the sensitivity of
these posts which would give the incumbents access to a comprehensive list of beneficiaries of the nationality scheme, the Government Security Officer has advised that these posts must be filled by expatriates. Because there are no expatriates in the grade of Stenographers, we have to create two additional Confidential Assistant posts in order to replace the Stenographers. To meet the need for data input and other typing work, the head of grade has already been asked to post us someone having good typing skills.
I have noted your interest in meeting the possible candidates for these posts in your coming visit and have passed on your request to the posting authority.
