It would be very helpful if, when the Department is approached by MPs asking for arrangements to be made for visits (with or without sponsorship) if you would pass on these requests to us (rather than to Hong Kong direct) so that we may feed them into our machinery, co-ordinate them with the rest of our programme before liaising with our colleagues in Hong Kong.
