Thank you for your telegram 538 to Hong Kong regarding the above-mentioned visit, a copy of which reached me this morning.
I am enclosing some additional details which Dr McCoy has now sent me about his travel arrangements. As you know we have not been involved in making these bookings but the information may be useful for the post to have.
As to his point (c) about return travel, we have made no commitment to change Dr McCoy's tickets but perhaps you would advise if the post might assist him.
