I promised to let you have details of the visit by my son Benedict to Hong Kong. He is a member of St John's Choir which is visiting Hong Kong from 9-12 September. The principal event during the visit is a concert at the Cultural Centre Concert Hall, which is the last event at which the choir will be led by its organist and conductor Dr George Guest has occupied this post at St John's College for 40 years). Dr Guest is a doyen of English choral music, regarded as one of the best in Britain.
