Hong Kong telno 839 reports offers from "Conservatives Abroad" and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce to host a reception or lunch for the Secretary of State.
2.
Lord Caithness has pointed out that he saw both these organisations during his own visits. He does not believe that the Secretary of State needs to do so. The Minister thinks that the Secretary of State has more important things to do.
