Points to make
Serious incident on 19 November in Deep Bay well inside Hong Kong waters. People wearing green uniforms on three vessels repeatedly pointed weapons at Hong Kong Marine Police. Appeared to be Chinese security personnel involved
in criminal activities.
Since mid October seven incidents have occured (five
involving the display of fire arms).

These incidents are unacceptable. They are also of great concern to Hong Kong residents. Most important that they
stop.
