War Widows/Spouses of UK citizens
Home Secretary's immigration concession. Spouses can obtain an official letter which will accelerate Entry Clearance applications. HKID have opened Register and begun issuing letters.
BNA 1981: children
Home Office offered immigration concession (on condition
that this is the last group to benefit).
Approved Secondment Scheme (ASS)
OMELCO asked for views of this in Jan '91: "British Links points made the ASS unnecessary, but we shall continue to monitor operation of scheme".
International Right of Abode Schemes
