I too look forward to Our 27 November meeting Rome. As you know, I will have a few hours only and there simply will not be time to discuss the many topics associated with a full scale traditional summit. That is why I suggested a bilateral concentrating on European matters, particularly as we will be meeting on the eve of the Maastricht conference. But I agree we should find time to address China to0. It is an important topic.
