Please refer to Callaghan's note dated 18 June recording his conversation with the Head of the Far Eastern Division of the Jamaican MFA. You asked for Hong Kong Department's comments on the final paragraph.

We think the BHC in Kingston could brief the Jamaicans on a regular basis by drawing on the Information Department's "Bull Points". There is a fairly large Hong Kong section in this monthly document. I have confirmed with Information Department that our High Commission receives it on a monthly basis.
