MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
MEMORANDUM that
whose registered office is situate at
the person whose name is hereunder written, has this day agreed to carry out
the terms and conditions of the foregoing Conditions of Grant, and the Grantee
hereby agrees fully to observe and perform the said Conditions, and to be bound
thereby, and the Governor of Hong Kong hereby ratifies and confirms the said
grant on the above terms and conditions.
