Please refer to the record of the first meeting held on 8 October. As you may be aware Mr Bertram, OED and others visited Hong Kong 30 October to 7 November to discuss arrangements for the building of the BCG.
2.
A meeting of a working group has been scheduled for 11.15 am on 13 November in Conference Room E011. This is to discuss the recent visit and formulate a submission to
Ministers on the way forward.
