forecasting the effect of planned managerial initiatives (eg with
computer systems, records and postal applications) on the staffing,
procedural and space requirements of our new building. I therefore
recommend that Mr Burns' Steering Committee should consider
stepping up the pace and detail of liaison on all these points with
the HK Immigration Service.
