Special Condition (41) relates to underground tunnels or bunkers as, although Government records do not reveal any
any tunnels within the grant site, there may
be underground structures of which we are not aware.
It is anticipated that a submission will be made to the Town Planning Board for planning approval in early January. It may be necessary to include further special conditions as a result of this approval.
I am also enclosing for your information a copy of the newly prepared dimension plan for the site.
After you have had a chance to peruse these draft conditions I would be happy to further discuss them with you.
