Head Peruvian delegation met Mr Sainsbury during World Drugs Summit and expressed interest in concluding a UK/Peruvian money laundering agreement. But Peru does not yet have any money laundering laws. Post handed over latest model agreement in October 1990.
Drugs team visited Poland on July 1990.
