(b) stock of any body incorporated in Hong Kong;
(c) stock of any body incorporated outside Hong Kong or of any
state or territory outside Hong Kong, being stock
registered in a register kept at any place within Hong
Kong;
(a) units of any unit trust in respect of which a register of
the unit holders is kept at any place within Hong Kong.
In this Schedule
(a) the terms "Government stock" (###) and "land"
() have the same meaning as in section 2 of the
Supreme Court Ordinance (Cap. 4);

have the same meaning as in section 20A of that ordinance.
