DRUG TRAFFICKING (RECOVERY OF PROCEEDS) (DESIGNATED COUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES) ORDER 1991
Made by the Governor in Council under section 28 with the approval of the Legislative Council

1.
Citation
This order may be cited as the Drug Trafficking (Recovery of
Proceeds) (Designated Countries and Territories) Order 1991.
2.
Interpretation
In this order -
"appropriate authority of a designated country" (*** ☀
2) means an authority specified opposite that
country in Schedule 1;
"court in a designated country" ( 指定國家的法院) includes
a court in any state or territory of a designated country;
"designated country" () means a country or territory
designated under paragraph 3 (1).
3.
Designation of and application of the Ordinance
to countries and territories
(1)
Each of the countries and territories specified in
Schedule 1 is designated for the purposes of sections 28 and 29 of
the Ordinance.
