ARTICLE 15
LANGUAGE
Requests and supporting documents shall be in
or accompanied by a translation into one of the official
languages of the Requested Party.
ARTICLE 16
ENTRY INTO FORCE AND TERMINATION
1.
This
Agreement shall apply to any request
presented after its entry into force even if the
relevant acts or omissions occurred before that date.
2.
This Agreement shall enter into force 30 days
after the date on which the Governments have notified
each other in writing that their respective requirements
for the entry into force of the Agreement have been
complied with, and shall remain in force for 3 years
Thereafter the Agreement shall remain
from that date.
