proceedings which have been or are about to be
instituted.

A
request for confiscation shall be
accompanied by :
(a)
the original or a copy of any order, including
any order imposing a fine ΟΙ pecuniary
penalty, in relation to the proceeds of drug
trafficking and a summary of the grounds upon
which the order was made;

(b) where the person against whom the order is
made did not appear in the proceedings,
statement that the person received notice of
the proceedings in sufficient time to enable
him or her to defend them;
(c)
a statement that neither the order nor any
conviction to which it relates is subject to
appeal;
(d)
a
description
measures of
of the property to which
confiscation are to be applied
including as far as possible the location of
the property; and
(e) such evidence as may be required by the
Requested Party.
