A request for restraint of proceeds shall be
accompanied by :
(a) a statement describing the grounds for
believing that the person subject to the
investigation
or proceedings has benefited
from drug trafficking;
(b) a description
measures
of the property to which
of restraint are to be applied
including as far as possible the location of
the property;
(c) a statement
statement specifying the person or persons
in possession of the property, its connection
with the subject of the investigation
proceedings and its connection with the
offence to which they relate;
Or
(d)
a statement
describing the grounds for
believing that the property represents the
proceeds of drug trafficking;
(e)
a statement of any circumstances which would
indicate that an offence has been committed
within the
Party;
(£) a statement
jurisdiction
describing
of the Requested

would be available for proceedings in the
jurisdiction of the Requested Party; and
