The Requested Party shall request the person
to assist in the investigation or to appear as a witness

thereto. That person shall be informed of any expenses
and allowances payable.

jurisdiction of the Requesting Party, the Requesting
Party shall provide an adequate undertaking that the
person will not, during the period he or she is required.

is officially notified that his or her presence is no
longer required, be subject to detention, prosecution or
in respect of an act punishment,
