"drug trafficking"
means

engaging
or
being concerned in the unlawful
production, supply, possession for
supply, transport, storage, import or
export of a dangerous drug or assisting
another to retain or dispose of the
proceeds of drug trafficking;
"instrumentalities"
means any and all
property used or intended to be used to
further drug trafficking in any way.
ARTICLE II
SCOPE OF ASSISTANCE
1.

grant to each other
restraining, seizure,
forfeiture and confiscation of the proceeds and
instrumentalities of drug trafficking.
2.
If the Central Authority of one Party becomes
aware that proceeds or instrumentalities are located
within the jurisdiction of the other Party and may be
liable to freezing, restraining, seizure, forfeiture or
confiscation under the laws of that Party, it may so
inform the Central Authority of the other Party.
