promptly inform the Central Authority of the Requesting Side of the outcome of the request. If the request is denied, whether by the Central Authority or by judicial or administrative action, the Central Authority of the Requested Side will
inform the Central Authority of the Requesting Side
of the reasons for the denial; and

action taken in the courts of the Requested Side
which may affect the request or its execution or which may make it inappropriate to proceed with giving effect to it.

REPRESENTATION AND EXPENSES

The Requested Side will make all necessary arrangements for the representation of the Requesting Side in any proceeding arising out of a request for assistance.

The Requested Side will assume all ordinary expenses of executing a request. If during the execution of
