I have the honour to refer to my despatch of

3 December 1990 in which the United Kingdom Government formally entrusted you with authority to negotiate, conclude and implement agreements, in the field of extradition and other fields of reciprocal juridical assistance in criminal matters, with any of the states

and territories of the list annexed thereto.

I hereby specify that the aforementioned list of

states and territories with which you are entrusted with

authority to negotiate, conclude and implement such

agreements shall hereby extend to include Canada.
