ARTICLE 16
(1)
This agreement shall enter into force thirty days
after the date on which the Parties have notified each
other in writing that their respective requirements for the
entry into force of this Agreement have been complied with.
(2)
Each of the Parties may terminate the Agreement at
any time by giving notice to the other through the same
channels as a request for the surrender of a fugitive
offender. In that event the Agreement shall cease to have
effect six months after the receipt of the notice.
In witness whereof the undersigned, being duly
authorised by their respective governments, have signed
this Agreement.
