[Made by the Governor, with the approval of the Secretary of State, under sections 2(1) and 20 of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967 (1967 c. 68) as modified and adapted by the Fugitive Offenders (Hong Kong) Order 1967, S.I. 1967 No. 1911 (L.N. 12/68)]

1. This order may be cited as the Fugitive Offenders (Design- ated Commonwealth Countries) Order.
