a list of the countries designated by the Governor under section 2(1) of the Fugitive Offenders Act as extended to Hong Kong.
As regards (a), we are currently finalising drafting instructions, and will let you have a copy of the first draft of the Bill when available. As regards (b), a list of the countries designated is attached.
In the event that you have not yet received the copy of the draft model agreement referred to in para 3 of our telno 3633, a copy is enclosed herewith.
