Citation and commencement
(1) These regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 1990.
(2) These regulations shall come into operation on 1 June 1990.

The Second Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Cap. 115 sub. leg.) is amended by adding after item 17A -

Explanatory Note
These regulations amend the Immigration Regulations to provide for the issue of an entry permit for multiple entries to enter Hong Kong
which is valid for one year.
