HONG KONG/NETHERLANDS EXTRADITION AGREEMENT
With reference to your minute of 21 May to Ms Barrett and simply for the record, you will wish to know that the European Convention on Extradition came into force for the UK on 14 May.
Treaty Section (Mr Darby) will be able to advise on the niceties of any proposed exchanges with the Dutch.
