Her Britannic Majesty's Embassy present their compliments to
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the
Netherlands and have the honour to refer to the Ministry's
Note of 20 August 1991 concerning a bilateral treaty between
the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Hong Kong for surrender
of fugitive offenders.
The Embassy further have the honour to inform the Ministry
that Her Majesty's Government accept the proposals
contained in the aforementioned Note, and agree that the
Note and this reply thereto shall constitute an agreement
between the two Governments.
