HONG KONG/NETHERLANDS EXTRADITION AGREEMENT 28
1. You will see from our telegram of today's date that, subject to any views from Hong Kong, we are now in a position to reply to the Dutch Note of 20 August. In that telegram we ask you to comply with relevant DSP provisions in the handing over and processing of the documentation.

Unfortunately, due to a registry oversight, we in HKD have failed to comply with those provisions: the top copy of the Note which you sent to us has been punched, stamped and filed in breach of DSP Volume 6, Part 1, Annex 7.1, paragraph 4.1! We wonder whether, without too much embarrassment, you would be able to ask the Dutch MFA to let us have a replacement when you hand over our reply.
