Dropped in favour of two much shorter and narrowly focused Bills, Fraud Jurisdiction and Prison Mutiny.
Drug Trafficking and Money Laundering Bill
Insufficiently strong case given other competing claims.
Judicial Pensions Bill
Insufficiently strong case given other competing claims. Consultations with the judiciary well advanced: candidate for re- instatement if there is space.
