Thank you for your letter of 13th November. I remember giving some advice on the composition of the Court of Final Appeal and I am pleased to hear it was of help to you, but was it on specific proposals which foreshadowed what is now orally agreed ? Of course the details may make no difference, but lawyers tend to be uneasy if they have not got a written text. Would you be kind enough to send me a copy of the Bill when it appears.
I am reluctant to take up your offer to comment on the "bull points" as I asssume they have been cleared with your present legal advisers and I would not want to trespass.
