that this court no longer has the jurisdiction to make the order sought in this case, I formally
dismiss the application dated the 4th June 1991, and for the avoidance of doubt I discharge
the interim prohibition order I made at the last hearing.
I hope I may be permitted to finish my task by quoting the words of Winston Churchill
uttered almost 50 years ago in London:-
"This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning."
