UN CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD: HONG KONG

I attach a draft submission from UND on two stage
ratification of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Although para 2 states that Legal Advisers have been consulted. I would be grateful for your confirmation that para 6 is correct.
