Public Order Ordinance is long subjected to public and attack. From legal point of view, and from protecting civil rights' point of view, Public Order Ordinance is both unreasonable and unacceptable. Public Order Ordinance delegates too wide a power to the police, undermining the civil rights of Hong Kong people. We demand,

the government should review Public Order Ordinance. Repeal sections which delegate too much authority to the police and which violate human and civil rights. Before the relevant sections or ordinances are such sections or ordinances should not be used prosecute any individual or organizations. Review the present laws and ordinances in HK which can manipulated to violate HK people's human rights and freedom. They include, SOCIETIES ORDINANCE, POLICE FORCE ORDINANCE, TELEVISION ORDINANCE, CRIME ORDINANCE, PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT ORDINANCE, TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE, POST OFFICE ORDINANCE, PUBLIC ORDER ORDINANCE.
