A travel office will be open on the Conference premises to help participants reconfirm return flights and to arrange excursions or visits within India.
Hotel Accommodation
26.
Accommodation will be available for participants and their families at: ASHOK Hotel. Daily rates which are quoted in Rupees and include taxes are as follows:

However, as per the Government of India regulations, foreign visitors are required to pay their hotel bills in foreign exchange in which case no taxes are levied. Daily rates for single and double accommodation in US$ would accordingly be US$ 70 and US$ 75 respectively.

Requests for hotel reservations should be submitted on the printed form appearing in Appendix A and sent to the addresses shown on the form before 10 January 1992.

A bar will be open on the Conference premises where participants can buy snacks and drinks. In New Delhi the average cost of a meal is around 275 Rupees plus taxes (equivalent to US$ 10) and breakfast around 120 Rupees plus taxes (i.e. equivalent to US$ 4).
