The meetings will be conducted in Chinese, English and French. The Provisional Annotated Agenda (APRC/92/1), an Information Note (APRC/92/INF/1), the Provisional Timetable (APRC/92/INF/2) and a Provisional List of Documents (APRC/92/INF/3) are enclosed.
The Director-General would appreciate receiving by 10 January 1992 the names, official titles and addresses of the observers designated to attend.
