He receives regular visits from his family members and

corresponds with them regularly.

His case was last reviewed by the Board of Review, Long Term Prison Sentences on 5.1.1990 and the Board considered that there were no circumstances to warrant a recommendation for remission of sentence. His case will be brought up for review again in December 1991.

After the commutation of his Death sentence, his mother engaged a private solicitor to petition the Governor on his behalf on 15.9.1988 but it was unable to be acceded to. He then petitioned the Governor for clemency in August 1989 which was also unsuccessful.

This is his first petition to H.M. the Queen for clemency.

The Commissioner of Correctional Services sees no merit

for special consideration in this petition.
