The Governor has considered the petition, the Attorney General's note and the reports from the Director of Social Welfare, the Commissioner of Police and the Commissioner of Correctional Services.

advised to reject the present petition. recommendation is accepted, the Board of Review of Long Term Prison Sentences will next review the prisoner's case in December 1991.
The Correctional Services Department will prepare a special assessment report on the prisoner for the Board's consideration.
For your reference I also enclose with this letter reports from the Director of Social Welfare (Enclosure C1), the Commissioner of Police (Enclosure D1) and the Commissioner of Correctional Services (Enclosure El).
